Course Fees
Spangles course fees are payable in advance and
must be received at least 1 week before your course is due to commence.
Missed Classes
We are unable to provide refunds in respect of missed
classes as your place is reserved for a fixed number of consecutive weeks.
Course Cancellation
by you
If you are unable to complete a course (e.g. moving
abroad) we will provide a pro-rata refund of the course fee for the balance
of classes, provided you notify us at least 6 weeks before the date you
wish to cancel.
Class Cancellation/Amendment
by Spangles
In exceptional cases it may be necessary for Spangles
to cancel or amend the time and/or location of a class. If a class is
cancelled or amended, you will be offered the opportunity to attend another
class, provided a place is available. If a place is not immediately available
or you are unable to reschedule, a pro-rata refund of the course fee for
the balance of classes will be offered.
Refunds
All refund requests must be made in writing to Spangles.
Refunds are only available against course fees and are subject to the
criteria set out above. All refunds will be remitted by Spangles within
30 days.
